On Sunday 8th November the nation fell silent to remember those affected by conflict over the past 100 years.
With Scouts across Hampshire unable to meet in person, the Hampshire Scouts programme team banded together to create a new type of online event to mark the event.
Streamed at 10.15 on Remembrance Sunday, the video featured contributions from Scouts young and old and from different areas of our activity. It was seen by over 800 people live.
Featuring stories, poems and more, the aim was to allow both our members and the general public to take part in the annual event from the safety of their own homes.
The event also raised money for the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal, with Scouts across Hampshire chipping in to help support veterans and playing a part in their communities.
