Fantastic results for Portsmouth Scout Shooting Club.
Paige Baxter, 13, and James Baxter, 18, who both started their shooting careers at PSSC both achieved Gold in Target Sprint Junior Class B and Senior Class A respectively.
Target Sprint is a fast paced race with shooters running 400m three times and shooting in between. James' time was 4 minutes 42 seconds and Paige 6 minutes and 05 seconds.
Hampshire Team A achieved the Gold and the B Team achieved the Bronze medal in the Target Sprint event. Also Will Slade, 18, of Portsmouth Rifles ESU and 62nd Portsmouth achieved 13th place in Over 18s 6 yard rifle competition out of a field of 153 shooters, many of whom shoot
